Aerva lanata : The plant is used as diuretic. The leaf juice as an effective remedy for dissolving and to expel kidney stones. (Lithotriptic action).

Hygrophilous spinosa: Seeds are glutinous and mucilaginous and contains potassium salts which are responsible for diuretic action. Seeds are found beneficial in urinary affections, particularly dysuria painful micturation and urinary calculi and cystitis.
