Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at support@ayurmedpro.com. Once your order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 1-2 days of delivery to arrange a return and refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation:

If you cancel your order within the eligible time frame mentioned above, a refund will be issued for the full purchase amount.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Refunds are typically issued for the product purchase price and do not include any shipping fees or additional charges unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Return Shipping:

In cases where the return is due to a damaged or defective product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for the product to be picked up at our expense.

If you need to return a product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Conditions:

Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Please ensure that all accessories, tags, and labels are included with the returned items.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned products are not in compliance with these conditions.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-refundable: Products that have been opened, used, or are not in resalable condition. Products that have passed the eligible return period. Products purchased through special promotions, clearance sales, or discounted offers.

Exchange Policy:
